Mochi donuts originated in Hawaii as a fusion of Japanese mochi flour with typical American-style donuts. Mochi, a type of rice flour, is gaining popularity due to it’s unique shape and light, crispy texture and soft, chewy inside.
Mochinut engaged Elevation Studio to create their first Central Ohio location - with the goal of creating a space that both leveraged the fun, colorful brand identity and matched the playfulness of the mochi donuts.
